More Spiderman

So, I understand (from Spiderman himself) that most kids fall into only 2 or 3 distinct categories when faced with the web-ed wonder. Alec fell squarely into the "watch me do this spiderman" and "spiderman, did you know that I ..." group.

Friendly Neighbourhood Spiderman

It's not everyday that you go for a regular playdate at the park and run into Spiderman, but that very thing happened to Alec and one of his best buds on Saturday morning. He was a very playful spiderman too - there were games and lots of entertainment. More pictures will follow.

Water Fun Day

Water Fun Day really gets Alec excited. For this particular one, he laid out his wardrobe plans a week in advance (i.e. Spider man swim shorts, spider man swim shirt, spider man towel). He even practiced his violin under threat that if I did not hear violin music, I might not be "motivated" to wash the towel so it was ready to be taken this morning.

Here is Alec, listening to hear if his friend and next door neighbour is among those scrambling out of a car that has just pulled into their driveway. He is hopeful as he has every intention of asking him to come over to play, no matter that is is 8:10 p.m. and the grass is wet!
