Our Treats

While I did not make the cupcakes shown, I did have the good taste to buy them. I did make the two pumpkin cakes pictured - one for school and one for home (which Alec was happy to decorate).

Master of Disguise

This was a year of many disguises for Alecgator - missing is Woverine (which was only played in) and the snake that he wore to the mall this afternoon (failed to get a picture). Pictured here is the Astronaut (which say the most play), Robot (the coolest costume by far, but as you can see, the idea of using the strainer as a hat was a no go) and Peter Pan.

Here`s Alec on Theodore in Halifax, enjoying the captain`s chair. 

BTW - Thanks to Great Grandmom for the Halloween mail. Alec really loved the stickers - hey, how did she know I like this kind of sticker, he asked (also, I haven`t forgotten to use quotation or question marks - new computer keyboard and I just aren`t on those kind of terms yet).

Two Crazy Kids

Alec and his Auntie looked a lot like this during the time we were in PEI  (yes, she is as crazy as he is - in case you didn`t know)!

Cavendish Attractions

While in Cavendish, we enjoyed visiting many attractions. This pic was taken at Avonlea Village - one of the three main places we visited. The only one, in fact, where it was practical to lug a camera around. Probably the best time was enjoyed at the amusement park where Alec enjoyed many rides, mini golf and best of all a golf cart ride with Alec`s Auntie.

Alec and the Gang

Here`s Alec with some of the PEI crew (Grandmom and Auntie were exceptions). Both Barbara and Wolfgang were very popular with the boys during the trip  - Barbara because she took Alec for rides in her golf cart and Wolfgang because he seemed to always be up to something interesting around the property. Both were good at showing boys a good time and they were a real highlight of the trip.
